The Corrective / Preventative Action Management (CAPA) is one of the most powerful global software applications offered by EXP. CAPA is available as a standalone module and it is integrated into multiple EXP applications/modules including: Safety, Audits, Quality, Risk and Training.
CAPA implements an automated workflow which allows an organization to track an action/task from generation to completion. Once an action/task is generated, emails & notifications will be used communicate the requirements and to ensure that the requirement is completed. Our customers have the ability to generate a full view of their operations and requirements.
Our CAPA dashboard displays all action/task items by source, responsibility, employee, status, assigned date, target date, completed date, overdue etc. EXP provides extensive reporting capabilities such as charts and graphs which can be configured to display any type of operational breakdown.
