Training Assessor – The Training Assessor is an additional module which can be added to the Training Tracker application. The Training Assessor gives an organization the ability to assign training requirements to their personnel based on a set of criteria defined by the organization. The assignment of training requirements is administered through a questionnaire/survey taken by the employee. Upon completion of the questionnaire/survey a training portfolio is created for the employee which is then administered by the Training Tracker application.
The Training Assessor automates the whole process of training management for the organization. With the addition of automated notifications & reporting organizations can administer an effective training program with minimal resource requirements.
