MSDS Master™ – Base Hazox® Application This application provides you with the functionality to create, update and manage (M)SDS’s and other Regulatory Documents.
Labeling – Create, manage and print both hazardous and non-hazardous product labels. Using Hazox® to produce labels ensures that your MSDS’s and labels are consistent. This module produces labels integrating both product data (batch #, lot #, weights, shipping notes, logos, addresses, barcodes, transportation classification and symbols, etc.) and hazard data (classifications, required symbols, hazard and handling statements) when required. Utilizing an integrated labeling solution reduces the cost and potential waste of pre-printed labels.
Document Dispatch™ – Distribute (M)SDS’s to customers with history This module provides the ability interface into your ERP system and send regulatory documents to customers based on customer orders.
Web Publishing™ – Access (M)SDS’s via internet or intranet This module enables the export of (M)SDS’s and other documents to a separate read-only database and directory. It also provides a view-only interface that can be added to your intranet or internet web page, granting view access for your employees and/or customers using a standard web browser.
Bill of Material Interface – Keep product formulas in sync with your ERP system This module interfaces with your ERP system to keep the Hazox® Database in sync with product formulation changes in real-time. This ensures your (M)SDS’s are up-to-date with product changes that may affect the final MSDS and label.
Inventory Interface – Link inventory data from your ERP system Keeping your Hazox® database up-to-date allows you to provide federal, state and local chemical inventory reports whenever necessary.
