Hazox® Inventory Interface for Chemical Reporting PDF Print E-mail

Inventory Interface enables Hazox® to receive inventory information directly from an ERP system in real-time for the purpose of chemical reporting.

Designed to generate compliant hazard communications using chemical formulation data, the Hazox® GRCMS can be utilized to meet other regulatory requirements. When used in conjunction with inventory data from your organization’s ERP system, Hazox® has all the necessary data required to generate local, regional and national chemical inventory reports.

The following is a partial list of reports that can be generated using Hazox®:

  • Tier II reports that conform to SARA 312 specifications
  • Data necessary for producing Form-R Worksheets that conform to SARA 313 specifications
  • SARA 313
  • Mass balance reports
  • VOC reports
  • HAPS reports
  • Local emergency services reports

Additionally, this functionality can be used for custom/ad-hoc reporting.

*Note: The inventory interface is not required in order to use chemical reporting in Hazox®. Inventory data can be entered manually, though this approach is more expensive, not automated, and fraught with errors.
