Product labeling can be integrated with the Hazox® Global Regulatory Compliance Management System™, adding the capability of dynamically creating both product and hazardous material (HAZMAT) labels for manufacturers or distributors.

The Chemical Labeling System provided by Hazox® generates labels on demand, when needed, with the most up-to-date information utilizing current classifications. This module renders the pre-printed label obsolete, reducing overhead costs, waste and the potential for mislabeling.

Extensive Label Design Control
Label formats are designed using Microsoft Publisher®, giving the designer full control over format, size and content.

The label may contain hazard statements, symbols/pictograms, manufacturing information such as weights, lot/batch, container numbers, order number, manufacture date, barcodes, etc.

Labels may contain multiple languages on the same page.

The sizing can be for small samples to totes or larger, depending on the capabilities of your printer.

Dynamic Label Generation
The heart of the labeling application is a database that integrates the Hazox® MSDS Master™ module with receiving or customer shipping records.  Product order or receiving information This integration drives dynamic label generation when needed, based on order or receiving information.   For users of Hazox® document authoring systems, changes to (M)SDS information will be automatically reflected in the labels. Labels are formatted dynamically based on order or receiving information.Moreover, label designs can be interfaced with existing receiving/order entry systems, or created manually at the printing workstation.

Support for a Wide Variety of Printers
The Hazox® Labeling module can print to virtually any PC-compatible printer with a windows driver.  The list of supported hardware includes common laser printers such as HP and Lexmark, along with thermal transfer printers such as Zebra and TEC.
